What you'll do

  • Create process-flow of current and new documentation; formalize global processes in HIMDOC.
  • Supplier data analysis for global, regional, business-related priorities.
  • Improve Supplier Segmentation Model (global template).
  • Review, refine, and organize supplier onboarding documentation – refine and formalize process flow.
  • Support and drive Supplier Portal project from SQD perspective.

What makes you a good fit

  • Available to start from March 1st 2025 for 6 month full-time.

  • Experience of Quality or Engineering in previous roles and/or studies.

  • Expert knowledge of Word and Excel; must have knowledge of SAP and data analysis in Excel.

  • Skilled in Sharepoint, PowerBI, statistics.

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and International standards (ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949 Standards)

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Exhibit creative, solid, and positive problem-solving skills.

  • Self-driven, able to work as a part of a global team.

  • Committed to Safety, Health, and Environmental excellence.

  • Committed to compliance with all government regulations, company policies and customer agreements.
