What you'll do
- Consultant and contact person for all HR-related issues from individual personnel measures to reorganizations
- Support and management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Identify top talent as part of succession planning, advising on development measures and salary and performance appraisals
- Stakeholder and interface management as well as collaboration with the respective HR specialists/departments (payroll, learning/development, employer branding, pensions department, etc.)
- Case handling in accordance with collective agreements and applicable labor law
- Trusting cooperation with the works council
What makes you a good fit
- Very good university degree in the relevant field and at least three years of relevant professional experience
- Confident and professional appearance with excellent communication skills
- High willingness to cooperate, ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Project management skills are an advantage
- Very good time and self-management skills
- Business fluent in German and English in a business context
