What you'll do
- Review and establish new customer accounts in SAP, including determining credit limits and risk classes based on credit reports and in compliance with Corporate Standards
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing customer accounts, provide well-founded approval recommendations and approve credit limit changes and order releases within the delegated authority
- Review for releasing credit hold orders for new and existing customers in alignment with credit management guidelines
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of core credit risk processes, process controls, and management reports in line with Corporate Standards
- Support Account Receivable (AR) Management, Team Lead/Manager, Regional Credit Manager, and Regional Head of Process with credit risk matters
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related courses
- Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Credit Risk Analysis; Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process are highly preferred
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); preferably with knowledge in MS Access, Power BI and any Credit Management reporting tools
- Highly analytical and with strong attention to details
- Ability to understand and address business requirements; Experience in service delivery management
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and following US holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
