What you'll do
- Supports controlling team in closing activities and provides in-depth analysis
- Collaborates with Business, Marketing and Supply Chain team to support achievement of business strategy and financial KPIs
- Determines root cause for performance deviations and areas of risk and opportunities
- Proposes actions/ solutions to improve profitability and specific KPIs
- Ensures correct application of internal compliance and external Financial Reporting guidelines
- Involve in continuous process improvement and support Global and Regional rollout projects
- Creates, uses and provides data via BI tools and support automation/ digitalization processes
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance. Qualified Accountant is preferred
- Min. 2 - 5 years of working experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling, preferably from FMCG industry
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Experience in Power BI, Power Pivot and Power Query is an added advantage
