About this position
What you´ll do
- Implement managerial instructions and orders to meet the desired production output.
- Conduct thorough analysis of the production process to ensure the optimal use of resources (raw materials, machinery, and manpower).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proper documentation management in compliance with SHE and ISO standards.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of SAP and Master data, ensuring accuracy and control.
- Provide technical support to the production team and, if necessary, to other plant technical teams.
- Facilitate technical training for staff and workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead risk assessments within the production division to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with production supervisors and team members to discuss production performance and individual contributions.
What makes you a good fit
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with 2 to 4 years specifically in the chemical industry.
- Proven expertise in Project Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Proficient in critical and analytical thinking, with the ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and Factory Production System (FPC).
- Ability to work in shifts as required.
