What you'll do

  • Overseeing Adhesives Technologies sales operations by taking responsibility for the Surface Treatment Cleaner and Lubricants segments within the Automotive Components strategic business unit.
  • Maximizing strategic targets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring further grow of the business with value selling approach within the responsible area
  • Coordinating existing sales activities for responsible customer portfolio
  • Executing customer roadmap and managing / closing respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
  • Traveling around Turkey to participate customer meetings and trials in case of business necessities
  • Responsible from managing the relation and commercially/technically development of the distributors within the responsible area
  • Managing distributors and improving technical knowledge of the distributor staff
  • Conducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
  • Ensuring to be up to date with the newest trends in application technology for the markets served by Henkel Surface Treatment Cleaner and Lubricants Technologies.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical Engineering, Metallurgical & Material Engineering, or related engineering fields.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the chemical or Automotive Industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of management.
  • Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to managing various business-related challenges.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with flexibility for travel.
