What you'll do

  • Handle the overall ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) application support (maintenance, enhancements, project involvement, including set-up of interface/ integrations with other applications/ platforms, following agile SCRUM Framework)
  • Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow; Provide architectural input and help maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are used at all times
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and other IT counterparts; Align with ServiceNow Manager, Architects, and/or co-Developers on the corresponding technical design and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards
  • Support the global dx License Management Team with administrative, documentation, and quality-control-tasks to build up Henkel's Software Asset Management (SAM) tool and roll out the process to the organization
  • Handle the Global License Management and License Review process; Configure Software Models for License Compliance Measurement in SAM Tool
  • Act as a license management contact for requests addressed to license management team; Resolve tickets and tasks in the SAM tool

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Intelligence/ Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses
  • With at least three (3) years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Development and ServiceNow System Administration; Preferably with experience in handling Software Asset Management tools (such as ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, and Apptio), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or IT Service Management applications
  • Preferably with experience working with stakeholders from other regions
  • Must have excellent command of spoken and written English, organized and analytical, adept at working in a collaborative team environment
  • Able to implement on-time and to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment (specific to Project Management)
  • Amenable to report on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and hybrid set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
