- 工場設備（製造設備、ユーテリティ）の予防保全（法定・定期点検含む）
- 設備保全のKPI、コストの管理
- 工場設備の新規導入（生産性改善、Sustainability関連）及び導入時の工事管理
- 設備投資プロジェクトの管理（業者との折衝含む）
- 新規製品の工場移管、増産体制プロジェクトの起案
- 製造工程改善（デジタル化、自動化を含む）と工程内不具合への対応（設備面）
- プロセスリスクアセスメントのリードとアクションプランの策定（安全部門と共働）
法令順守対応 - 他工場、ファンクションとの情報交換、レポーティング（海外とのやり取り有り）
- チームマネジメント（労務管理）
- 工場マネジメントチームの一員として工場のKPIに関連する一連の活動への参加
適したスキル
- 大学卒業以上（化学工学、機械工学など）
- 工場の生産技術部門や設備管理部門での実務経験
- 中級以上の英語力
