- 管培生项目期间，首先接受汉高完善的系统化入职培训，之后两年在供应计划、物流、运输与仓储、客户服务管理等部门轮岗，负责供应链日常运营管理，全方面了解汉高供应链管理体系与流程。
- 参与大中华区及亚太区供应链持续改善和数字化转型项目，包括流程优化，成本项目管理，数据可视化及自动化决策项目等，以推动创新与变革，连接业务战略与生产运营，提高效率与产出，助力业务发展。
- 汉高为优秀毕业生度身打造未来经理人职业发展道路，可望今后将在汉高亚太区乃至全球范围内有进一步发展的机会
